Who we hire.

We don't hire based on years of experience or fancy titles. We hire based on three things: can you do the work, do you actually care about political outcomes, and are you someone we'd want on a call at 11pm when the news cycle shifts.

Most of our team comes from a mix of paid media, political strategy, and creative. Some came from campaign staff, some from agency backgrounds, some from both. What they share is a bias toward shipping real work instead of talking about it.

What we look for.

  • Experience that translates Paid media, political operations, creative strategy, data analysis, or campaign field work. We care what you built, not where you built it.
  • Political alignment We work for progressive candidates, ballot measures, and advocacy orgs. Your values need to match the work.
  • Speed and judgment Campaigns don't wait for anyone. We need people who can make good calls quickly with incomplete information.
  • Honest communication We say what we think, respectfully. No consultant-speak, no hedging when things aren't working.
  • Attention to detail Compliance, disclosures, tracking pixels, budget pacing. The unglamorous stuff is what keeps campaigns out of trouble.

What it's like here.

Small team. Remote. Flat structure. Senior people stay close to the work instead of delegating the hard parts to juniors. We do real strategy and real execution for every client. If you want to spend your time writing decks nobody reads, this isn't the place.

The work is demanding during active cycles and lighter between them. We treat campaign-year intensity as part of the job, not as something to hide from candidates during interviews.

Open roles.

We're always interested in hearing from people even when we're not actively posting. Send your resume and a short note about what kind of work you're looking for, and we'll reach out if there's a fit, whether that's soon, or the next time we're staffing up for a cycle.
